A study guide pulls out what you need to remember: the main ideas, the terms the speaker defined and questions that check whether it stuck. This tool builds it from the captions of the video.

Questions
Does it download the video?
No. It reads the public captions of the video, the same text YouTube shows when you turn subtitles on. Nothing is downloaded, and your link is not kept.
What if the video has no captions?
Then there is nothing to read. Paste the transcript into the box instead, or open the video's three-dot menu on YouTube and choose Show transcript.
Which languages work?
Any language the video has captions in. The result is written in the language of the captions unless you ask for another in your account.
Will the questions match my exam?
They test what the video says, not your syllabus. Use them to check understanding and add your own course questions.
